HR Organization Development & Talent Management Staff

Job Description

• Support the implementation of Performance Management and Talent Review processes.
• Coordinate Learning & Development programs, including training administration and logistics.
• Maintain and update organization documents (Organization Chart, Job Description, SOP, and Competency Matrix).
• Prepare and consolidate HR reports related to performance, training, and talent data.
• Provide administrative support for Organization Development projects and initiatives.
• Maintain the accuracy of Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Organization Structure data.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to Performance Management, Learning & Development, and HRIS.
• Support other Human Resources initiatives as assigned.
• Job Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in
• Psychology.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Organization Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or related fields. Fresh graduates
• who are fast learners are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
• Familiar with HR processes, especially Performance Management and Learning & Development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Experience using HRIS is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willing to be placed at Head Office, Central Jakarta.
