Job Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) with major of Human Resource, Management, Psychology (Priority is given to State Universities)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or Recruitment field
- Have good communication and Bottom Up & Top Down.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Able to Lead and doing Public Speaking
- Able to work together with other departments.
- Demonstrated knowledge about Psychological test measures
- Able to work under pressure.
- Detailed and Organized person with a good work Focus
- Advanced with Excel and Tech savvy
- Energetic, honest, neat, with excellent time management.
General Task and Responsibilities
- Handling the Recruitment process.
- Evaluate and assess teachers and employees.
- Record and update the identities of all employees and teachers.
- Record and update the attendance of employees and teachers
- Showing the potential and skills of employees and teachers
- Manage operational permits
- Carry out other tasks according to the needs of the company
