Position: HR Specialist Recruitment
We are looking for an experienced HR with a strong background in recruitment and overall HR operations. This position will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting manpower fulfillment, and handling general HR functions to ensure smooth HR operations within the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, job posting, CV screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads/users regarding hiring needs and manpower targets.
- Develop effective candidate sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Monitor and evaluate recruitment effectiveness and hiring progress.
- Handle HR administration such as employment contracts, employee database, attendance records, and other HR documents.
- Support employee relations activities and assist in resolving employee issues.
- Ensure company policies and labor regulations are properly implemented.
- Prepare regular HR reports for management.
- Supervise and guide HR team members when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong exposure to recruitment.
- Has experience hiring
- Mandarin speakers.
- Previous experience as an HR Supervisor or Recruitment Supervisor is preferred.
- Experienced in both mass hiring and recruitment for staff to supervisor level positions.
- Strong understanding of interview techniques, psychological testing, and candidate assessment methods.
- Good knowledge of labor law and HR Generalist functions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and able to work under tight recruitment deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel , Word, Power Point)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in retail industries
