Job description
- Lead and supervise employee training and development programs.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and prepare annual training plans.
- Coordinate training activities with department managers and external providers.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and training regulations.
- Prepare training reports and report directly to the HR Manager/Director.
Requirement
- Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills (Mandarin Prefer).
- Minimum Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Training Spv position.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to cultural differences.
- Willing to be placed in East Halmahera, North Maluku.
