About the role

• PT Asietex Sinar Indopratama is seeking a dedicated
• HRD Staff

to join our Human Resources team. This is a full-time position based in Cikande, Banten. As HRD Staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day human resources operations and initiatives that drive organisational success. This position is instrumental in ensuring effective workforce management, employee engagement, and the implementation of HR policies and procedures across the company.

Key responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment process for Production Department, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and manpower availability within the Production Department.
• Coordinate with Production, Supervisors, and Department Heads regarding workforce requirements and employee matters.
• Support employee performance monitoring and evaluation.
• Prepare and maintain employee administration, including employment contracts, personnel data, and HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations and provide support in resolving employee issues.
• Ensure HR policies and company regulations are implemented within the Spinning Division.
• Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, manpower, turnover, attendance, and other HR activities.
• Support other HR operational activities as assigned.
• What we're looking for
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
• Familiar with recruitment and HR administration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
