We are looking for a Manager Compensation & Benefit to lead compensation, benefits, payroll governance, and HR reward processes. This role will help ensure a competitive and data-driven reward strategy while maintaining strong compliance and operational accuracy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business needs.
- Manage salary structures and conduct regular salary benchmarking.
- Oversee payroll governance and benefit administration.
- Manage BPJS, insurance, and employee benefit programs.
- Develop manpower cost and benefit budgets and monitor compensation KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and provide recommendations for compensation or policy adjustments.
- Drive digitalization and continuous improvement of Compensation & Benefit processes.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefit.
- Strong knowledge of job evaluation, salary structure, payroll, reward management, and budgeting.
- Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, integrity, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in HRIS, advanced Excel, and data analytics.
- Strong understanding of payroll governance and employment regulations.
