Kualifikasi

• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Proven experience with HRIS systems, specifically Talenta, is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Solid understanding of training and people development programs, with the ability to contribute to employee growth strategies.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies to effectively manage HR initiatives.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong time management and administration skills, ensuring efficient execution of HR tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
