. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growing business needs, particularly within the F&B sector.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, and screening to interviewing and onboarding.

Talent Acquisition Strategy

Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and professional networks to build a strong talent pipeline.

SOP Management

Developing, reviewing, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all company departments.

Employee Relations

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and labor regulations.

Generalist Support

Assist in other HR functions including performance appraisals, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Recruitment Staff.
• Proven experience in recruitment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
