• We are looking for an
• Administration & Operations Coordinator

to serve as the structural backbone of our Indonesia operations, working in close collaboration with Korea HQ and local leadership. In this role, you will manage essential administrative execution—including document/contract management during sales and PoC processes, tracking basic accounting proofs and transactions, and aligning operations with HQ. Compensation

Up to IDR 10,000,000 / month (commensurate with background and experience)

Responsibilities

Contract & Legal Admin Support

Provide admin support and follow-up for MoAs, MoUs, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and commercial contracts generated during PoC and sales processes.

Financial & Expense Management

Process payment requests, manage day-to-day business expenses, and collect valid tax and accounting proofs (invoices, receipts) to report to Korea HQ.

Partner & Client Communication

Handle administrative correspondence and coordination with local Indonesian partners, universities, public institutions, and corporate clients.

General Operational Support

Assist in the smooth operation of local programs (such as MAJU:ON and Action AI PoC) and provide overall administrative backing for the Indonesia business unit.

HQ Collaboration

Liaise regularly with Korea HQ to ensure operational alignment, compliance, and accurate documentation flow.

Qualifications

• Background or working experience in
• Finance, Accounting, or General Administration
• Proficiency in
• Bahasa Indonesia

• Korean
• (Required). Proficiency in

• is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
• Strong discipline, high attention to detail, and a proactive, self-driven work attitude.
• Preferably based in or near Jakarta or Bandung.
• Preferred Traits
• Experience in contract management, basic bookkeeping, or project admin in a cross-border setup.
• Passion for startup ecosystems, entrepreneurship education, and local impact projects.
• Familiarity with online collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, Notion, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving mindset—thinking "how do we solve it" before "it's hard."
