- Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads via WhatsApp, social media DMs, and other communication channels.
- Engage prospective clients and identify their business needs, operational challenges, and pain points.
- Apply consultative selling techniques to guide prospects from initial inquiry to meeting, demo, or deal closing.
- Proactively follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
- Track and maintain accurate lead statuses, follow-up activities, and next actions within the sales pipeline.
- Manage and schedule regular content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Create simple, clean, and professional visual content for social media using tools such as Canva
- Write professional and relevant B2B social media captions related to business operations, ERP, and digital transformation.
- Engage with comments, messages, and social media interactions in a professional manner.
- Maintain a consistent, credible, and professional brand presence across SAKA ERP's digital channels.
