Marketing Co-ordinator

About the role

Bali Pilates Plus is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to run the studio's marketing day to day — social media, content, website, email, community management, and vendor & partnership coordination. This is not a content-only role. You'll partner directly with the owner each quarter to set the marketing plan, then own the weekly execution of it — tracking what's working and bringing ideas to the table without being asked twice.

• What you'll own
• Quarterly marketing planning — work directly with the owner to set priorities, campaigns, and goals each quarter, then translate that plan into the Weekly WIP
• Weekly Marketing WIP — plan the week's content and campaigns in advance, not react to it
• Morning content capture — shoot photo and video at the studio most days, ready to hand to our social media agency
• Brief and manage our social media agency — content calendar, captions, posting cadence — and review their output before it goes live
• Community management across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook — replying to comments, DMs and Google reviews
• Google Business Profile — promotions, events, review responses, monthly content updates
• Website updates on Wix — new pages, promos, testimonials, bios, event listings
• Canva design — flyers, promo graphics, event assets, print collateral
• Email newsletter — planning and sending monthly sends
• Coordinating with our Google Ads manager — briefs, budget tracking, reporting back on results across Google and Meta Ads
• Partnerships and consignment outreach (hotels, villas, retail collabs) — outreach, follow-up, contract tracking
• What we need from you
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar marketing coordinator role
• You bring ideas, not just execution — ready to contribute to the quarterly marketing plan alongside the owner, not just carry out a list handed to you
• Comfortable working independently day to day, and closely with the owner.
• Confident shooting simple photo and video content on a phone and editing on capcut — no professional camera needed, but you should have an eye for it
• Comfortable in Canva, Wix (or similar CMS), and Meta Business Suite
• Excellent written and spoken English, and fluent Bahasa Indonesia — you'll write content and emails in English and liaise with local vendors and partners.
• Genuine interest in fitness and wellness
• Professional presentation — comfortable representing the studio directly with partners, vendors, and on camera
• You can look at a campaign and tell us what's working and what isn't — not just report that it ran
• Based in Bali and able to work on-site at the studio
• How you'll be measured
• Weekly content output (reels + content capture)
• Engagement and reach growth across channels
• New client class enquiries and bookings generated from marketing
• Teacher Training enquiries generated from marketing
• Newsletter performance (opens, clicks)
• Ideas and input brought to the quarterly marketing plan

Note: Teacher Training Course enquiry follow-up and course administration are handled by our admin assistant. This role is responsible for generating enquiries through marketing, not processing them.

Contract terms

Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:00pm on-site, with a 30-minute lunch break. Standard Indonesian employment contract with a 3-month probation period. 30 days' written notice required from either party after probation, with a documented handover as a condition of final pay — details provided at offer stage.
