Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including inbound receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch to ensure all SLAs are met.
Supervise, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff, managing shift schedules and ensuring the team adheres to standard operating procedures (SOP).
Monitor workflow efficiency and recommend strategies to optimize space utilization and streamline warehouse processes.
Enforce strict health and safety protocols (K3) and maintain a clean, organized, and secure working environment.
Act as the primary point of contact for ground-level operational issues, ensuring equipment is maintained and resources are allocated effectively.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and direct a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and optimize shift scheduling.
Capability to evaluate operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and analyze data to support process improvements.
Excellent real-time problem-solving skills to resolve operational challenges and ground-level issues effectively.
