• Job Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the Inventory & Operational Control (IOC) function to ensure effective inventory management and operational control.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock availability, and inventory movement across operations.
• Develop and implement inventory control processes, policies, and procedures.
• Analyze inventory data and operational performance to identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure inventory planning and control are aligned with business and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Fulfillment, Finance, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Monitor and improve inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and operational reporting.
• Lead the IOC team, set performance targets, and ensure team effectiveness.
• Prepare regular reports and provide insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum
• 5 years of experience
• in Inventory Control, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations.
• At least
• 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong understanding of inventory management, stock control, and operational processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in cold chain, fulfillment, FMCG, or logistics industry is a plus.
