Job Responsibilities
- Visit assigned outlets according to the daily route plan.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards are maintained.
- Build and maintain good relationships with store owners and customers.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid out-of-stock conditions.
- Execute promotional programs and in-store marketing activities.
- Collect market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Achieve sales targets and support business growth within the assigned area.
- Prepare daily visit and sales reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma/Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Merchandiser, Sales Representative, Sales Promotion, or similar role.
- Experience in FMCG, distribution, or retail industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and able to work independently.
- Familiar with the assigned area and willing to travel for field visits.
- Own a motorcycle and a valid SIM C.
