IT Business Analyst Legal & Corporate Governance

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Management, Law, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Solution Analyst.
• Experience working in Legal, Compliance, Corporate Governance, or Contract Management domains.
• Strong experience in workshop facilitation and requirement gathering.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear and structured functional/system requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Good documentation and presentation skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot is a plus.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Legal, Compliance, Corporate Governance, and Contract Management processes.

Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and discussions with business stakeholders to identify business needs and process improvements.

Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and system requirements.

Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Corporate Governance, and other stakeholders to understand existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Analyze business processes, workflows, and requirements to support the development or enhancement of technology solutions.
• Prepare and maintain business requirement documents, process flows, use cases, and other relevant project documentation.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure business requirements are properly understood and implemented.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, and issue clarification when required.
• Provide recommendations and support stakeholders throughout the solution implementation process.
