IT Business Partner Manager (Talent Pool) - Manager

Job Description

Act as focal point (Liase with) for business user for the need of technology, bridging to IT engineer & Digital (for development of the solution) & external technology solution provider.

Managing technology demand management activities (IT core and Digital).

Manage overall portfolio of technology-related requests from business user, ensure SLA compliance from the technology team towards user needs.

Specify business requirement, develop BRD (Business Requirement specification Document) (eg. Coordination BRD Dealer Portal) with business user

• Technical assessment solution identification
• Managing technology roll-out activities (IT core and Digital).
• Job Requirements
• Having educational background in Informatics / Computer, engineering or business management
• Has an excellent skill in Business Requirement Specification definition and writing.
• Has experience in retail industry
• Preferably has experience in pre-sales or solution consultant
• Has an excellent capabilities in translating commercial business requirement into high level technical specification.
• Has an excellent skill in Test Scenario Specification definition and writing.
• Has a good understanding of IT application, IT Infrastructure and Digitalization
