This internship role is intended for fresh graduates who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure. This position will be exposed to daily IT operations, including hardware, network, and system support, while assisting the People Technology team in maintaining, monitoring, and improving the company’s IT infrastructure. - What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware such as laptops, desktops, printers, and peripheral devices
- Support basic network operations, including LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and internet troubleshooting
- Assist in installing, configuring, and updating operating systems and standard software
- Help monitor IT infrastructure performance and proactively report issues to the IT team
- Support IT asset inventory management and documentation with accuracy and accountability
- Assist with user support and basic IT helpdesk activities while demonstrating a user-focused and supportive approach
- Support ongoing IT infrastructure projects and adapt to evolving priorities and operational needs
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations
