IT Infrastructure & Network Ops Lead

• Job Responsibilities
• Design and implement IT infrastructure, including networks, on-premises and cloud servers, storage, and security systems.
• Define and monitor IT service performance using SLOs, SLIs, and key metrics (incident, availability, user satisfaction).
• Oversee network, infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise platforms to ensure optimal performance and availability
• Manage major incidents, changes, and disaster recovery processes effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align IT services with business needs and strategic goals.
• Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master degree (S2) is an advantage.

Minimum 10 years experience in IT infrastructure, operations, network, ideally at a Section Head/team leadership/managerial level in an enterprise environment.

Strong skill in leadership, project management, communication, analytical, and problem solving.

Deep knowledge of IT Service Management / ITIL-aligned practices, including SLA/SLO management, incident management, problem management, change management, and capacity planning.

Solid experience in security governance, compliance, risk management, and control design, with the ability to translate security requirements into operational standards and measurable outcomes.

Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
