Job Description

• Coordinate and communicate with IT functions regarding project requirements and priorities
• Ensure all business requirements are properly documented in
• Business Requirement Documents (BRD) based on the agreed application development plan
• Analyze and evaluate Business Testing Scenarios prepared by relevant business functions for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Coordinate and communicate with business and IT stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in leading or managing IT organizations/functions
• Experience in managing business requirements and translating them into IT projects
• Experience in completing at least 1 full SDLC cycle related to a core system in the multifinance industry
• Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in the financing/multifinance industry
• Good understanding of IT project management
• General understanding of application development, IT architecture, infrastructure, and IT operations
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
