IT Operation & Production Support DevOps Engineer

• Monitor server, application, and data center infrastructure to ensure system availability and operational stability.
• Execute and monitor batch jobs, scheduled tasks, and service requests in accordance with established SOPs.

Perform daily operations for core business applications, including End-of-Day (EOD), End-of-Month (EOM), and End-of-Year (EOY) batch processing.

Monitor legacy applications, identify operational issues, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate incidents to the appropriate support teams.

• Execute application operational activities, including service restarts, patch deployment support, switch-over, and rollback procedures.
• Follow up on operational instructions from application owners to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Document daily operational activities, incidents, and problem reports, and provide accurate handover and operational reports.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience
• in IT Operations, Production Support, Application Support, Infrastructure Support, NOC, or a related role.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Hands-on experience with
• Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Familiarity with job scheduling and automation tools such as
• Jenkins, Cron (Crontab), or XDI.
• Experience with application monitoring, batch processing, and incident management in a production environment is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to follow operational procedures and escalation processes.
• Willing to work Work From Office (WFO).
• Willing to work in 24/7 rotating shifts (3-shift schedule).
