We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented IT Security Administrator to safeguard our organization's networks, endpoints, systems, and cloud environments. Reporting directly to the IT Security Operations Lead, you will be responsible for enforcing cybersecurity protocols, managing security software and identity systems, monitoring threats, and responding to incidents across our offices, data centers (DC/DRC), and cloud infrastructure.

- Key Responsibilities
- Security Systems & Identity Management
- Administer, configure, and maintain identity and access management (IAM) platforms (e.g., Microsoft Entra, MFA, and S Sign-On).
Manage endpoint security (EDR/XDR), Mobile Device Management (MDM platforms like Jamf and Hexnode), and antivirus tools across Windows and macOS devices.
- Configure and review firewall policies, VPN access rules, and network security settings in coordination with the network team.
- Threat Monitoring & Incident Response
Drive security threat and anomaly remediation by utilizing alerts, security logs, SIEM tools (OpenSearch, Wazuh), and telemetry systems (Prometheus, Grafana).
Serve as an initial responder for security incidents, conducting root-cause analysis, containment, and remediation under the guidance of the IT Security Operations Lead.
Perform regular vulnerability scans across on-premise hardware, cloud environments (GCP, DigitalOcean), and DC/DRC systems, coordinating necessary patches and updates.
- Compliance, Documentation & Security Awareness
- Assist in drafting, updating, and auditing internal security policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance controls.
- Conduct security awareness activities, including simulated phishing campaigns and security best-practice training for employees.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of security assets, incident records, access matrices, and audit logs.

- Work Setup: Full-time on-site presence required at our Gading Serpong office.
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent experience with 2–4 years in a dedicated IT security or system/network administration role.
Technical Proficiency
- Solid understanding of IAM tools (Microsoft Entra), endpoint protection platforms (EDR/AV), and MDM solutions (Hexnode, Jamf).
- Knowledge of core network security concepts (firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, IDS/IPS, DNS security).
- Familiarity with cloud security configurations in GCP and DigitalOcean.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting log files, metrics, packet captures, and vulnerability reports.
- Travel: Ability to travel between BSD and Jakarta as required for security audits, hardware provisioning, or incident mitigation.
- Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications
- Experience or familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools and concepts (e.g., BeyondTrust, Teleport, or HashiCorp Vault).
- Relevant security credentials such as CompTIA Security+.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM, log analytics, and observability platforms (e.g., OpenSearch, Prometheus, Grafana, Wazuh, Splunk, Elastic).
- Basic scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automated logging, monitoring alerts, or threat remediation workflows.
