IT Support Intern

Tanggung Jawab

• Assist with the setup, installation, and configuration of IT hardware, including laptops, PCs, monitors, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Perform basic hardware troubleshooting for laptops, PCs, printers, monitors, keyboards, mice, and other peripherals.
• Assist with regular maintenance and inventory of IT equipment.
• Maintain and update IT asset records, including serial numbers, device condition, location, and assigned users.
• Assist with device deployment, replacement, and collection for employees.
• Inspect faulty or damaged equipment and assist in determining whether the device requires repair or replacement.
• Document troubleshooting processes, repairs, and resolutions.

Kualifikasi

Currently pursuing or a fresh graduate with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong interest in hardware and IT support.
• Basic knowledge of computer components such as RAM, storage, motherboard, processor, PSU, and peripherals.
• Basic understanding of laptop/PC troubleshooting and hardware installation.
• Basic knowledge of hardware and software installation and configuration.
• Detail-oriented, organized, good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with hands-on work, including inspecting, setting up, and moving IT equipment.
