Our client, a Japan SSW training and workforce development company, is currently hiring for Japanese Speaker Business Development Manager to join their team. Here are the details:
Responsibilities
- Develop and acquire new business opportunities with
- Japan-based companies
- employing Specified Skilled Workers (SSW).
- Identify and approach potential Japanese corporate clients while building and maintaining strong business relationships.
- Conduct business presentations, proposals, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Develop sales strategies to expand the company's client network in the Japanese market.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline and provide regular business development updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or a related field.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency is mandatory, preferably JLPT N2 or N1.
- Experience dealing with Japanese companies or Japanese corporate clients is highly preferred.
Experience or exposure to the SSW/Tokutei Ginou ecosystem, P3MI, Sending Organization, Kumiai, TSK, or related Japan workforce businesses will be a strong advantage.
- Experience developing new clients and generating business from the Japanese market will be highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willing and able to travel to Japan for business purposes when required.
