- Minimum high school or Diploma graduate
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender or Jr. Bartender in a hotel, bar, or restaurant
- Knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktails, and bar operations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good command of English is an advantage
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude, disciplined, and eager to learn
