Mason Adventures, Bali’s premier adventure and eco-tourism company, is looking for a dynamic Cashier to join our world-class operational team at the iconic Mason Elephant Park & Lodge in Taro, Tegallalang, Gianyar.

In this role, you will be the welcoming face at our ticketing and reception counters, ensuring our international and domestic guests experience seamless, professional service from the moment they arrive.

What You Will Do

• Accurate Transactions: Handle high-volume cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions efficiently using our POS system.
• Guest Service: Welcome guests warmly, provide clear information about park entry, daily schedules, activities, and lodge facilities.
• Billing Integrity: Ensure all guest bookings, vouchers, and walk-in tickets are processed correctly according to company policies.

Daily Reconciliation: Perform thorough daily cash counts, balance registers, and prepare precise financial shift reports for the finance department.

What We Are Looking For

Education: Minimum SMA/SMK graduate (Vocational High School in Hospitality, Tourism, or Accounting/Finance is highly preferred).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier, Ticketing Staff, or Frontliner in the tourism, hospitality, recreation park, or F&B industry.

• Skills: Strong numerical skills, sharp attention to detail, high integrity, and absolute honesty.
• Language: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and conversational English (essential for interacting with our diverse international visitors).
• Flexibility: Ready to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
