- Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with key beauty KOLs, influencers, and content creators who align with our romantic aesthetic.
- Develop, scale, and optimize our Affiliate Marketing program to drive direct engagement and sales revenue.
- Curate visual and campaign briefs, ensuring creators represent COLORROSE with elevated taste and brand alignment.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (ROAS, conversion rates, engagement) to continuously refine outreach strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the internal marketing and creative teams to align influencer campaigns with product launches.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous professional background in KOL management, affiliate marketing, or the beauty/cosmetics industry.
- Beauty Enthusiast: Deeply passionate about beauty, makeup trends, and visual aesthetics.
