🌹 OPEN HIRING: SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST – COLORROSE (cosmetic & beauty products), is looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team!
If you live and breathe beauty trends, know how to make people stop scrolling, and can direct content that looks almost like a mini TVC — we want to work with you.
📌 Position
Social Media Specialist (Full-time)
📍 Location
Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow COLORROSE’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging content plans & timelines
- Video directing (semi TVC quality – not just casual selfie videos)
- Write copy & scripts that sell and build brand love
- Basic editing for short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Monitor performance and optimize based on data
🎯 Requirements
- Proven experience managing cosmetic or beauty brand social media
- Strong video directing skills (lighting, angle, storytelling – semi TVC level)
- Excellent copywriting & scriptwriting in Indonesian (and English a plus)
- Basic editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
- Able to create monthly content plans & maintain content calendar
- Up-to-date with beauty trends, algorithms, and platform features
- Team player, proactive, and detail-oriented
💰 Benefits
- Monthly salary: IDR 7,000,000 – IDR 10,000,000 (based on experience & portfolio)
