We are looking for a KYB Agent to join a leading technology company in Indonesia, operating in the digital services, technology, and app-based business ecosystem.
- π Location: Pasaraya Blok M, South Jakarta
- π Working Hours: Office Hours
- π° Salary: Rp10,000,000 Gross/Month
- π Salary is non-negotiable
πΌ JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor and maintain onboarding dashboards to track KR/KPI.
- Monitor the onboarding funnel from registration/application through completion and activation.
- Identify trends, anomalies, bottlenecks, and potential operational issues.
- Prepare regular reports and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Investigate root causes of onboarding delays, drop-offs, and operational issues.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, Business, Support, and other relevant teams.
- Ensure dashboard data is accurate, reliable, and regularly updated.
π REQUIREMENTS
- 1β3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
- Experience creating and maintaining dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Metabase, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and KPI monitoring.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Able to analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
