Learning & Culture Specialist

• Learning & Culture Specialist

to drive learning and development initiatives, strengthen company culture, enhance employee engagement, and support employer branding programs. This role plays a key part in creating a positive employee experience while supporting business growth and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement learning and development programs based on organizational needs.
• Manage training schedules, records, and learning effectiveness evaluations.
• Organize employee engagement activities, company events, and culture-building initiatives.
• Support the development and execution of employer branding and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) programs.
• Create engaging internal communications and ensure key messages are delivered effectively across the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to foster a positive, high-performing, and values-driven workplace culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Management, or a related field.
• Have experience in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, or related areas.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
