Deskripsi pekerjaan ERP Trainer PT. JST SOFTWARE INDONESIA
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome (training will be provided), while experienced candidates are preferred;
- Has teaching experience, such as serving as a teaching assistant
- Has experience or knowledge in the field of accounting software
- Experience in ERP, OMS, WMS, POS, Inventory, or Supply Chain software is an advantage;
- Experience as a Trainer is preferred;
- Basic understanding of inventory, logistics, or supply chain processes is a plus；
- Familiarity with SaaS or system-based environments is an advantage；
- Comfortable handling routine tasks as well as ad-hoc operational issues；
- Experience in handling clients or external partners is a plus；
- Experience in startup or fast-growing companies is an advantage；
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken), Mandarin is a plus
Jobdesc
- Conduct product training for clients and internal staff, and other related;
- Prepare training materials, user manuals, video tutorials, and other related.
- Guide clients during software implementation and onboarding;
- Assist customers in configuring the system based on their business processes;
- Evaluate user competency and provide follow-up coaching when necessary;
- Assist the Sales team in product demonstrations and presentations;
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable solutions;
- Prepare demo databases and presentation environments;
- Answer functional questions during sales meetings;
- Troubleshoot functional software issues and provide solutions;
