Job Description

• Legal Document Administration
• Assist in preparing, organizing, filing, and maintaining contracts, legal correspondence, and other corporate legal documents, including updating contract trackers and legal databases.
• Legal Research & Compliance Support
• Conduct basic legal and regulatory research, and assist in monitoring contract expirations, permit renewals, and other compliance-related administrative matters.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Assist in preparing meeting minutes, document summaries, and other administrative reports to support the Legal & Compliance team.
• Administrative & Cross-functional Support
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect supporting documents and provide day-to-day administrative support for Legal & Compliance activities.
• Learning & Professional Development
• Actively participate in learning opportunities, maintain confidentiality of company information, and gain practical exposure to Corporate Legal & Compliance while contributing to the team's daily operations.
• Job Requirements
• Final-year Law student or recent Law graduate.
• Available for a full-time, 3-month paid internship.
• Interest in Corporate Legal and Compliance is preferred. Prior internship or legal research experience is a plus, but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams).
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive, eager to learn, and able to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and functions in a dynamic environment.

Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement (WFO/WFH depending on department needs); onsite location in Cikupa, Tangerang when required.
