Legal Strategy & Compliance

Develop and implement legal strategies that protect company interests and ensure compliance with corporate, labor, and commercial laws.

Contract Management

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure favorable terms and minimize risks.

Corporate Governance

Maintain corporate documents, licenses, and legal records across entities; ensure all operations comply with local and international regulations.

Risk Management & Advisory

Identify potential legal risks and provide practical business-oriented solutions to management and stakeholders.

Litigation & Dispute Resolution

Manage external legal counsel, handle disputes, and oversee litigation or arbitration processes as needed.

Cross-Department Collaboration

Partner with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Business Development to ensure legal compliance in all company initiatives.

Transformation & Standardization

• Establish standardized legal templates, approval processes, and digital document management systems to modernize legal operations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law from a reputable university; licensed advocate Peradi preferred.

8–10 years of progressive legal experience, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial or in-house counsel role within mid-to-large organizations.

• Proven expertise in corporate, commercial, contract, and labor law.
• Experience handling multi-entity or group company legal structures is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
