Lead the handling of daily legal documentation, including drafting and reviewing cross-border transaction contracts, legal correspondence, compliance reports, and mining acquisition-related documents (such as mining rights agreements).
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Law from a domestic or international law school.
3-4 years of experience in corporate legal affairs or a law firm. Familiarity with Indonesian company law, foreign investment regulations, and basic labor law is required. Experience in the coal mining industry is preferred.
Fluent in English both spoken and written. Able to independently draft and review English legal documents and communicate professionally using legal English.
Mandarin proficiency is an advantage, but not required
Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills; good knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations; responsible and detail-oriented; willing to travel for work.
