Tanggung Jawab
- Handle litigation cases, legal disputes, and court proceedings involving the company.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel, government authorities, and relevant stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents, pleadings, and legal correspondence.
- Provide legal advice and support on dispute resolution and legal risk mitigation.
- Monitor legal cases and ensure proper documentation and reporting of all litigation matters.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S.H.).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in litigation, dispute resolution, or legal practice.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
- Experienced in handling court proceedings, legal disputes, and regulatory matters.
- Strong legal drafting, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
