Legal Staff

­Draft, review, revise, and negotiate Commercial Agreements, Procurement Contracts, NDAs, MOUs, and other corporate legal documents to ensure alignment with the company's interests and compliance with applicable laws and regulation

­Identify and analyze risky clauses in agreements and provide practical and solution-oriented recommendations for redrafting and improvement.

­Conduct legal due diligence on prospective business partners, including verifying the validity of NIB & KBLI through OSS RBA, Articles of Association & SK Kemenkumham (AHU), authority of the Board of Directors/Commissioners, and completeness of supporting licenses prior to engagement.

­Perform comprehensive legal research and draft clear, actionable Legal Opinions and Legal Memos to support business needs and management decision-making.
