- Job Responsibilities
- Host daily live streams on TikTok Shop, introduce beauty products, interact with audiences and drive sales to achieve daily and monthly KPIs.
- Control live stream rhythm and atmosphere, answer audience questions and maintain a positive live room environment.
- Cooperate with the operation team to draft live scripts, plan promotion activities, participate in product selection and fully understand product features.
- Analyze live stream data, optimize live performance, speaking skills and interaction methods.
- Follow the official schedule, attend regular live streams and major campaign live events as required.
- Job Requirements
- Fluent in Indonesian, confident on camera with good personal image.
- Prior experience in TikTok live streaming or e-commerce hosting is preferred, beauty category experience is a plus.
- Outgoing personality, strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiar with local Indonesian culture and basic live stream operation process.
- Hard-working, responsible and good team player.
