• Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent & TAP Channel BD Supervisor to accelerate our beauty e-commerce expansion across Indonesia. This role focuses on building the full creator ecosystem for TikTok Shop Indonesia, including influencer sourcing, official TAP creator cooperation, KOL & KOC negotiation and channel system construction. By leveraging short-video and livestream creator partnerships, you will drive sales volume and market share growth of our beauty & personal care portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

•Source, screen and recruit high-quality local Indonesian beauty & personal care creators, KOLs and KOCs to build exclusive influencer resource pool

•Lead end-to-end development of TikTok Shop Indonesia TAP channel, activate creator cooperation and sustain long-term partnership with official platform creators

•Take charge of full-cycle business negotiation with influencers, covering commission structure, livestream schedule, short-video posting and exclusive collaboration terms implementation

•Analyze creator cooperation performance, track livestream & short-video conversion metrics and optimize influencer selection criteria and cooperation strategies continuously

• •Design localized creator operation plans to boost brand exposure, livestream GMV and overall conversion rate
• •Establish and update local creator database, expand high-quality influencer resources to enrich multi-channel matrix

•Collaborate with internal operation teams on product seeding and new-item livestream campaigns to support sales expansion and market penetration

• •Collect Indonesia creator industry trends and market insights, submit regular BD reports and optimize channel development roadmap
• •Assist in setting up local BD team, supervise daily team operation and formulate standardized SOP for talent BD management

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or relevant majors is preferred
• •3–5 years solid working experience in influencer BD, creator operation, TikTok TAP development or e-commerce channel expansion
• •Proven practical experience in TikTok Shop Indonesia influencer & TAP operation is highly preferred
• •In-depth understanding of Indonesia local influencer landscape, livestream e-commerce rules and local consumer preference
• •Outstanding negotiation skill, resource integration and account management competency for long-term partner development
• •Strong data-driven mindset to refine cooperation plan and fuel sales growth via data analysis
• •Fluent Bahasa Indonesia with working English proficiency for daily business communication
