- Job Responsibilities
- Manage the entire live e-commerce team, arrange daily work and schedules, lead the team to achieve overall GMV targets.
- Formulate weekly & monthly live stream plans, marketing strategies and campaign activities according to platform rules and local market demands.
- Analyze core data including GMV, conversion rate, traffic and unit price, optimize operation strategies and improve overall performance continuously.
- Manage, train and assess team members, standardize working procedures and improve team efficiency.
- Maintain good relationships with TikTok platform, brands, influencers and external partners, expand high-quality resources.
- Control live content, product selection and operational risks, solve all kinds of emergencies.
- Build and improve the live operation system, support team expansion and scale development.
- Job Requirements
- Fluent in Indonesian, proficient in English; the whole interview will be conducted in English.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Southeast Asia TikTok Shop e-commerce, at least 1 year team supervision experience; familiar with TSP business model.
- Master full live operation process and data analysis, beauty industry experience is preferred.
- Strong team management, planning, communication and problem-solving skills, result-driven and able to work under pressure.
- In-depth understanding of Indonesian e-commerce market, local user habits and platform policies.
- Experience in team building and expansion is highly preferred.
