Job Descriptions

Coordinate the transshipment of materials and coordinate mob / demobilization of equipment.

Coordinates the interface between logistics functions such as procurement, transportation, Surveyor, Insurance and warehousing to ensure efficient, timely, and cost effective support to the Mobilize HV. Equipment and Materials.

Coordinates with customers to ensure desired logistics objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to management. Comply with all applicable company directives, policies, and procedures.

• Coordinates activities involving the customer, other organizations, and/or company functions.
• Track shipments from issuance of Purchase Order to delivery to final destination.

Job Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree of any major.
• Min. 7 years working experiences in dealing with Logistics on project site
• Understanding knowledge of Warehouse and Inventory Control and Supply Chain Management.
• Awareness of ERP system [e.g. Avantis, SAP, or JD Edwards] would be an advantage but are not essential and Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Fully understanding with EMS (Environmental Management System).
• Familiar with Plant and Equipment and able to operate.
• Able to work under high pressure.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantages
• Willing to be based on project site
