Job Description
- Analyze purchasing needs and forecast stock requirements to support company operations
- Prepare and manage purchase lists, categorized into recurring monthly purchases and one-time procurement
- Maintain accurate purchasing data and vendor records using Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Source and communicate with suppliers/vendors to obtain quotations and evaluate pricing
- Create and process purchase orders based on minimum stock levels and operational needs
- Monitor delivery timelines and service execution to ensure compliance with agreed terms
- Conduct quality verification of goods/services against purchase agreements
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for accurate recording of incoming goods
- Liaise with the finance department to support timely payment processing
- Prepare and present purchasing data, reports, and insights when required
- Continuously review purchasing performance to improve efficiency and cost control
- Ensure accuracy, documentation completeness, and adherence to deadlines
- Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Strong analytical skills for forecasting stock requirements
- Proficient in managing and analyzing data using Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Able to present and clearly explain data insights
- Capable of coordinating effectively with internal departments and limited external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and disciplined in meeting deadlines
