. As Manager Floor Of House, you will be responsible for overseeing all front of house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. This role is strategically important to our restaurant's success, as you will be the key leader responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests whilst managing our floor team with professionalism and expertise.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and manage all front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers, ensuring they meet performance standards and company expectations

Maintain exceptional standards of customer service by greeting guests, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience

• Train and mentor floor staff on service protocols, menu knowledge, and restaurant policies to ensure consistent excellence
• Manage table assignments, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimise dining experiences and operational efficiency
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of the dining area, restrooms, and front-of-house facilities
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly to maintain positive relationships
• Coordinate with kitchen and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Manage reservations, walk-in guests, and special requests with attention to detail and flexibility
• Assist with inventory management of front-of-house items such as glassware, cutlery, and linens
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies at all times
• What we're looking for
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in front of house management or supervisory roles within the hospitality or restaurant industry
• Proven track record of managing and motivating service teams to achieve high performance standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and guests
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards, dining etiquette, and restaurant operations
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism and grace
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is essential; additional language skills are advantageous
• Knowledge of Korean cuisine and dining culture is preferred but not essential
• Physical stamina and the ability to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Professional appearance and demeanour consistent with upscale restaurant standards
