About the Role
As Finance Staff at our Bekasi factory, you'll be part of a supportive finance team handling the day-to-day financial tasks that keep operations running smoothly. This isn't a high-pressure solo role — you'll work alongside fellow finance team members in a collaborative environment where you can learn and grow.
- What You'll Do
- Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, expense reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor petty cash, process invoices, and maintain payment records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and Chinese-speaking management to support daily finance activities.
- Ensure all financial documents are properly organized, filed, and kept up to date.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support efficient financial operations and ensure administrative processes run smoothly.
Qualifications
- Femaleeee candidates only.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is an advantage.
- Able to communicate effectively in
- Mandarin
- (spoken and written).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Willing to work
- Monday to Saturday (6-day work week)
