Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop clients in the Surabaya area.
- Identify and establish new potential clients for cosmetic product development.
- Handle and follow up cosmetic product development projects with customers.
- Monitor project timelines to ensure successful and on-time product launches.
- Conduct cosmetics market research and trend analysis in Surabaya.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.

PT Cosmax Indonesia, a global leader in cosmetic ODM/OEM manufacturing, is expanding its business and looking for a Marketing & Business Development Staff to develop the Surabaya market.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in cosmetic product development, OEM/ODM manufacturing, or business development in the beauty industry who are ready to grow their career in a global cosmetics manufacturing company.
Expected Joining Period: June - July 2026
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
(S1)
- in
- Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Marketing, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum
- 3 years of experience in cosmetic product development or project management in OEM / ODM cosmetic manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic product development and business development.
- Good understanding of cosmetic trends and the market in Surabaya and globally.
- Must be domiciled in Surabaya.
- Existing network with cosmetic brands in Surabaya will be a strong advantage
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Onsite on Pakuwon Tower: Jl. Embong Malang No. 21 - 31, Kedungdoro, Kec. Tegalsari, Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Lantai 27 Unit 2719 (Cosmax Indonesia)
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday | 08.00 – 17.00
