About the Role
- PT Mitraindo Adi Perkasa is seeking an experienced
- Marketing Manager (Chemical)
- to join our team. This position is based in
- Balongbendo, East Java
, and is responsible for driving business growth, developing customer relationships, and expanding market opportunities in the chemical industry.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and improve performance.
- Participate in exhibitions, customer visits, and business development activities.
- Ensure customer feedback is addressed promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience in the chemical industry or chemical distribution is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales and business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
- Willing to travel for business purposes.
- High integrity, self-motivation, and a strong sense of responsibility.
