About the role
So Smash Burger is seeking a creative, highly organized and results-driven Marketing Manager to strengthen the brand, increase daily sales and build a strong local and digital community. You will report directly to the Owner and be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels.
- Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans and campaigns to increase dine-in, takeaway and delivery sales
- Manage Instagram, TikTok and other social-media platforms with a structured monthly content calendar
- Create engaging videos, photographs, stories and reels showcasing food, preparation process, team, atmosphere, customers and events
- Create campaigns that generate measurable sales, promoting signature products, combinations, desserts and drinks
- Coordinate design and production of menus, flyers, table cards, posters and digital materials
- Identify relevant influencers and content creators, evaluate collaborations and maintain partnership records
- Build partnerships with hotels, villas, gyms, surf schools, events, companies and local communities
- Develop creative events and activities that attract new customers and support participation in external events and markets
- Keep Google Business Profile fully updated and monitor and respond professionally to online reviews
- Track reach, engagement, follower quality, customer traffic and sales, and prepare weekly updates and detailed monthly marketing reports
- About you
- Previous marketing experience, preferably in food and beverage, hospitality or lifestyle brands
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile and digital advertising
- Good photography, videography and content-creation skills
- Ability to use relevant design and video-editing applications
- Strong written and spoken English
- Bahasa Indonesia is required
- Creative, organized and attentive to detail
- Commercial mindset with a focus on generating sales
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Willing to work during selected evenings, weekends and events
