About the role
OZ is a restaurant offering a modern brunch experience during the day and Mediterranean cuisine at night. We are looking for a professional, energetic and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. You will deliver consistent and attentive service, welcome guests warmly, present the menu, take orders accurately, serve food and beverages according to OZ service standards, and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Key responsibilities
- Welcome every guest warmly and professionally
- Present the menu and explain dishes, ingredients and current promotions
- Have complete knowledge of the food and beverage menu
- Take orders accurately and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Recommend dishes, drinks, desserts and additional items to increase guest satisfaction and sales
- Serve food and beverages according to OZ service standards
- Check guest satisfaction shortly after serving each order
- Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests or complaints
- Prepare tables, cutlery and service areas before each shift
- Clear, clean and reset tables quickly
- About you
- Previous experience as a waiter or waitress is preferred
- Good English communication skills
- Bahasa Indonesia is required
- Friendly, confident and well-presented
- Honest, punctual and responsible
- Able to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Good knowledge of hospitality and customer service
- Based in Lombok or willing to relocate
