Community Engagement

Act as the face of the brand, handling high-level queries and building relationships with members to ensure long-term loyalty.

Event Activation

Execute the operational plan for RESERVE Event, Community Tournaments, and Corporate Events.

Content Production

Capture "daily life" content at the facility to be used for social media marketing.

Performance Tracking

Collect data on court bookings and academy attendance to help the GM analyze marketing - operational effectiveness.

Brand Standards

Maintain the visual and service quality of the brand across all physical touchpoints in the facility.

Kualifikasi

• Based in Surabaya
• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications Science is Preferred
• Experience in Marketing Activations, Events, and Sports Management or related fields for min. 1-2 years
• Proficient in handling marketing activities through digital & offline
• Ability to execute complex projects with high attention of detail
• Excellent knowledge of the Sport & Wellness Industry
• Willing to work hands-on during every marketing activities
• Ability to engage with members and community
