Marketing & Test Centre Operations will hold a dual responsibility. You will ensure the flawless, secure, and compliant daily operations of the Makassar Test Centre for the overall management, security, and daily operations of the Makassar Test Centre. This role ensures that all international high-stakes examinations (such as TOEFL and other global standardized tests) are administered in strict compliance with international security protocols and customer service standards, while actively developing and executing local marketing strategies to promote IIEF’s testing products (such as TOEFL) to universities, schools, corporations, and individual test-takers.
Marketing & Business Development
Identify and build strategic partnerships with local universities, language Centres, high schools, and corporations in Makassar and surrounding areas.
Conduct sales presentations, proposals, and institutional visits to secure institutional testing contracts.
Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, seminars, and info-sessions (both online and offline) to boost individual test registrations.
Manage local student/academic communities and represent IIEF at educational fairs or exhibitions.
Monitor local competitor activities, track registration trends, and provide feedback to the central marketing team to optimize sales strategies.
Test Centre Operations & Leadership
Oversee daily test Centre readiness, including hardware, software, network stability, and room environment.
Supervise, schedule, and train junior test administrators and proctors to ensure smooth test delivery.
Enforce strict identity verification and test security protocols to prevent misconduct or cheating.
Resolve minor technical, software, or connectivity issues during exams in coordination with the IT support team.
Prepare and submit accurate post-test reports, incident logs, and operational metrics to the head office.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Management, English Literature, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or academic administration. Experience managing a testing Centre or education services is a major advantage.
Fluent in written and spoken English (Minimum TOEFL ITP score of 450 or equivalent).
Strong leadership, persuasive communication, public speaking, negotiation skills, and basic IT/computer troubleshooting.
Highly motivated by sales growth and expansion targets, while maintaining absolute operational integrity.
Willing to travel locally for client meetings and work on weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) depending on the test schedules. Willingness tobe based in
Makassar.
