Merchandiser Manager (Retail)

Requirement

Candidates must have at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Merchandising from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00

Minimum 12 years experience in merchandising department in/or retail business. Specifically, experience in apparel merchandise would be an advantage

• Strong commercial awareness and good hands-on knowledge of retail business
• Strong experience working with factories, from product development through production, is essential.

Have knowledge of popular sports and activities, such as running, basketball, soccer, and training, and understand the specific footwear needs of athletes and enthusiasts in each category

Able to conduct thorough market research and gather consumer insights to understand customer preferences, behavior, and purchasing patterns

Have strong analytical skills to evaluate product performance, assess sales metrics, and make data-driven decisions about which products to carry, stock levels, and pricing strategies

• Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills and highly organized
• Independent (less supervision), able to work under pressure, Strong Analytical Skill, Attention to details
• Willing to work at Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat
