Job Description

• Develop comprehensive merchandising and buying strategies for assigned categories aligned with company objectives
• Create seasonal buying plans, product assortment strategies, and pricing frameworks
• Establish category-specific targets for sales, margin, inventory, and market share
• Lead innovation and differentiation initiatives within assigned product categories
• Develop and implement category business plans with clear objectives and KPIs
• Oversee product selection, pricing strategies, and lifecycle management
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key vendors and suppliers
• Lead vendor negotiations for pricing, terms, exclusivity, and promotional support
• Lead, manage, and develop a team
• Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations for direct reports
• Job Requirements
• Education: Min S1 Business Administration, Business Management or related field
• Work Experience: Min 7 years on Retail Industry with at least 3 years in GM role
• Language: Bahasa, English
